The short answer is no! All music and sounds effects we use are copyright free allowing you to use it for advertisements and social media with no issues.

We will send out a short checklist once your order has been confirmed but generally we ask that you visually prepare the property the way you would like it captured.
As much as we’d love to help stage, our production process requires focus and time to produce the level of quality we are known for. We thank you for your understanding!

Every property has a story and we do our best to visually bring that to life. Cinematic lighting refers to us bringing additional lighting, haze, and diffusion equipment to help accentuate certain features of the property.
As for audio, we use professional microphones to capture certain sound elements. For example, if we show a fountain, we add the audio. If we show sun shining or trees blowing in the wind, we add sound effects to compliment it.
Combined, this extra effort helps give the video provides depth and immerses the viewer.
